A secluded location and water views enticed designers Jon and Monique Rizzo to purchase and remodel a modest two bedroom ranch into this stunning, eclectic four bedroom home with traditional and contemporary elements. Sustainable building materials throughout include quartz countertops, cork floor tiles, and iron railings. Furnishings range from family and mid-century modern antiques to urban chic. An expansive screened porch and balcony located off the master bedroom above take advantage of the water views and encourages outdoor living.
